My Role :
As a UX Designer, I prioritized user flow and collaborated with cross-functional teams, integrating security and scalability considerations. Joining the project post-initial research, I conducted in-depth analysis for a backend proof-of-concept, ensuring seamless application functionality. Later, I contributed to visual design in collaboration with the team.
Scenario
In a meeting, a client’s decision always changes in a constant lookout for best solutions offered by the organizations and their people. To tackle and provide such definite decisions, Sales lead needs access to a quick background check about client info and its stand in the market.
Problem Statement
As a sales lead, I want to understand the potential client informations so that i could find the best solution and strategies offered to the client.
